Continuous Improvement Analyst- Temp

The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for gathering and presenting “Key Performance Indicator” data from various sources and sites. This individual will be responsible for working with the various business leads on timely production of our KPI metrics and supporting our data driven continuous improvement activities.

• Gathering reporting data from various sources and sites
• Development and analysis of performance trending data
• Create reports for internal and external use
• Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
• Production and analysis of KPI reporting (Safety, Quality Cost, PPM/Return Rate, FTQ, OTD, RMAs)
• Cross checking automated reporting for data accuracy and integrity
• Support business leads on data analysis
• Drive Continuous Improvement of production reporting to enhance quality and efficiency

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelors preferred

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3-5 years of data analysis/reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent IT skills, MS Office, advanced MS Excel a must, MS Access, MS Word
• Familiar with MRP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Strong data analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills; both verbally and in writing
• Team player
