Position Summary:
Astrodyne TDI is looking for a Product Line Manager (PLM) in Germany or the Netherlands as part of our ambitious expansion plans in EMEA (the territory). The PLM is responsible for success of our Filter business in the territory, expressed in terms of increased customer engagement, partner activity and effective sales.
The PLM will own the GTM strategy for the territory, work closely with our partners and maintain relationships with key players at strategic accounts. The PLM leads strategic sales initiatives, marketing efforts and initiates new business development. The PLM is the representative of the AstrodyneTDI Filter Business Unit in the territory.
The PLM will work out of a home office. Travel is expected to average 60% within territory on a weekly basis, plus around 10% out of region within or outside of EMEA, as the need arises.
The PLM will report operationally to our Vice President EMEA and functionally to our General Manager Filters.

Education & Experience:
Electronic or Electrical Engineering degree preferred along with prior EMI Filter sales experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the territory with an established network of contacts in the Industrial, Medical, Semiconductor, Aerospace and Military markets. Tenacity, skill, and a Customer-focus is most important.
The PLM role serves as a critical link between Astrodyne TDI and current and potential customers. To be successful, the PLM must be a Coach and Leader capable of demonstrating effective Leadership, marketing skills and must possess and utilize communications skills with tact and diplomacy.
The RSM must be able to travel extensively to partners, customers, and prospects in order to drive additional new business. An aggressive, take-charge personality combined with professionalism and market “know-how” will define the successful PLM!
The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively in German and English. French desirable. Other languages appreciated.
