Overview

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:

Learn to work with R&D, Operations, Mechanical, Configuration to develop state of the art power supply products that are reliable, manufacturing ready, and meet customer and industry requirements. Learn to Design high quality multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCB). This is a junior level position to design and update custom printed circuit boards from schematic diagrams.

 

WORK PERFORMED:

  • Design printed circuit boards
  • Perform Engineering Change Orders
  • Create documentation package for printed circuit board layouts
  • Mechanical drafting
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

 

Responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability and willingness to learn to create accurate and manufacture ready printed circuit board layouts
  • Interest in analog PCB Layout
  • Interest in power supply design
  • Good Mechanical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills required
  • Good time management skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be results driven and be a team player
  • Able to take direction from others

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • Associates degree majoring in Electrical/Electronic Technology or Equivalent

 

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Computer Aided Design
  • Microsoft Windows and Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
